Ask The Expert: What are some of the frequent questions or problems your clients have? How have you solved the problem(s)

NineONine Creative:

  • A significant amount of my wedding invitation clients come to me with questions about different print methods and paper types. Obviously, I have an extensive knowledge of all fine print methods including thermography, foiling, and letterpress and so I can educate my clients on what print method fits their style and budget best.

  • Another question that comes up frequently is how many invitations to order - you would be shocked at the number of brides that are thinking they need an invitation for every guest on their list when really it is usually half that number because most guests are either a couple or a family so they only need one invitation per household.

Ask The Expert: If money is no object, what are the top 3 ideas you would like your clients to consider or incorporate into their event?

NineONine Creative:

  • Oh gosh, thats a tough one! I would say if money were no object - I would love to have a bride choose letterpress as the print method - it is just so gorgeous and luxe feeling.
  • Then other small details that really make a difference like a custom envelope liner, a monogram and custom postage.
  • One of my favorite trends lately have been the die cut shapes for invitations, I just did a hexagon shape and I love the uniqueness!
